BIOFLEX Laser Therapy
Acute & Chronic Conditions
We are now offering Bioflex Laser Therapy, a cutting-edge treatment for a wide range of injuries and conditions, which has already made a remarkable impact on our team, including Dr. Runyon's personal experience with a hip labral tear.
Bioflex Laser Therapy is a powerful, non-invasive and painless treatment that uses low-intensity laser light to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. In a nutshell, the analogy you will often hear us say is: “Just like plants absorb sunlight and convert it to energy through photosynthesis…we have photoreceptors that absorb the laser light and use it’s energy to both heal damaged tissue and create new tissue”.
After suffering from a debilitating hip labral tear in January 2021, Dr. Runyon received Bioflex Laser Therapy treatments. The results were nothing short of remarkable, with an immediate pain reduction and accelerated healing. There was no need for surgery and no need to take time off of work.
Bioflex Laser Therapy can be a game-changer in your path to recovery.
Wondering what the cost will be?
Laser is covered under your chiropractic benefits as it is a modality under our scope of practice. The cost is based on the amount of time the laser beam is providing healing. Generally speaking, the deeper the damaged tissue is (ie. disc herniations, meniscus, concussion, etc.) the longer the treatment time will be.
Things like carpal tunnel syndrome, skin/fascia scars, plantar fasciitis, TMJ, etc. that are close to the surface take less amount of laser time per treatment.
If you see yourself in any of the following conditions listed below, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for more information or to schedule a consultation.
